2. Applications
Feldspar used as raw material of glass industry (50-60% total consumption) and ceramic industry (30% total consumption),besides, it is widely used in chemical processing, abrasive tools, glass fiber and welding rod industries.

Feldspar as raw material of flat glass and kinds of glass make products, it can decrease the glass melting point, reduce the use of calcined soda. Sodium feldspar as raw material of glass fiber can improve the fiber quality and as substitute of pyrophillite. |
